Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Dawood Traders. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below.

2.1 Return Eligibility

You have [7/14/30] calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

2.3 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at farsha472@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

2.6 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

2.7 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at farsha472@gmail.com.

2.8 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at farsha472@gmail.com.
